Glamping in Georgia

Glamping in Georgia

We finally did it! For the first time in almost 3 years we managed to get away for a FULL 48hrs without the kiddos (thanks to my mother-in-law!) When we were initially planning our time away, we thought getting a hotel and doing absolutely nothing sounded amazing. But the more we thought about it, the more we wanted to make sure to be intentional with this time and grow as a couple.

One of our favorite things about life on the road is no matter where we might be, we can step into our Airstream and feel at home. In just a short time, it’s become as much a home as any house we’ve lived in. Here’s how life looks for us in our tiny mobile house.

At the early age of 17, I (Tiffany) became a mother. And as a single mom at that age, you can imagine, I was beyond poor. Not even the paycheck-to-paycheck kind of poor; my paycheck would only last a couple of days as I decided which were the most important bills to pay. I worked as much as I could to try and make life easier for us. At one point I literally had three jobs! I let that go pretty quickly because I realized I would rather be poor than miss out on my son’s life.
